Folk were asked to develop and facilitate a workshop for DHS staff, to improve the quality of creative ideas coming from the Corporate Comms team. The challenge was to refocus the team’s attention on the individual problem each brief seeks to solve. The session gave the team new tools to help drive creative thinking – resulting in successful brainstorms, confidence to challenge briefs and the conviction to defend ideas.
